Blythe Renay is a voice actor, singer, dancer, stage actor, model, and comedian.
She began her on-stage career at 2 years of age with dance performances. By 8, she had performed in her first musical and it was love at first sight. She continues to perform in musicals at various theaters whenever she can.
Blythe began performing comedy shows at midwest Renaissance Festivals and Comic Conventions in 2008, primarily spoofing Shakespeare. 2010 brought the formation of a comedy group called The Damsels of Dorkington, who currently perform live comedy shows and parody music with a focus on geek-culture at Comic Conventions. Additionally, they have a podcast with over 100 episodes called the Dork Pridecast.
Blythe co-founded musical duo, Companion Cube, who performs acoustic covers of music related to nerd-centric television, video games, etc.
In 2017, Blythe began doing some Voice Over recordings at her “normal” day job, where she does project management for a large video game company. They stuck her in the booth to record a few lines for some of their games, and it kicked off a new and exciting exploration into the world of voice acting! She looks forward to those video games finally being announced, and hopes to work on more projects in the future.
